Dewayne Monrose

Director
Our Director, Dewayne Monrose, is a registered professional engineer in St. Lucia, graduating from the University of the West Indies' St. Augustine campus with a First-Class Honours Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering in 2008. He earned a Master of Science (MSc) with Merit in Soil Mechanics and Engineering Seismology from Imperial College London in 2010 and has since specialised in interpreting ground investigations for slope stability analysis, bridge and building foundation design, road embankment and pavement design applications. Dewayne also holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) with Distinction from the University of the West Indies' Cave Hill School of Business and was recognised as the cohort's top performer, receiving the 2022 Jeannine Comma Prize.
